So on Saturday when I had the whole day at the guild to sew....I started having fun with my scraps...please excuse quality of photos I was using my iPhone.
Some pink scraps...
Maybe I'll use a little black in this one
What about some big spots
How about no pink...
It's funny how fabrics I have never used together, play so nicely together...
Looking a little trippy now!
I think I am going to have fun with this!
I love your blocks. It's so addictive
ReplyDeleteYes, they are very addictive. Great job!

ReplyDeleteOh your block looks great. I know what you mean. I have a log cabin in progress (but on the back burner) that has some fabrics that I would never have used but surprisingly cut up tiny they mix in great. Thanks for sharing your work. I am just getting back to quilting after a long break. I am following you now. I need inspiration and encouragement to get it done and get some UFO's completed.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful evening and a great weekend. It was very nice to meet you.

I'm not sick of the scrappy trip blocks at all. Yours are great! I just caved and made a couple this week. I already had the strips cut so I'm counting it as using up my stash.
